Welcome to my website!
Do you like to learn new things, try new things, change things around, remember old times, share smiles and a few tears? Well, so do I, and my website has a little bit of all of those things. You will see everything from home repair to cooking, from to pets to kids, from travel to embellishing your home. It is the jumbled bag of flotsom and jetsam collected over the years. And hopefully you will sign off with something new for your own collection.
So to get started, here is little bit about me.
I am what could be called a Jill-Of-All-Trades, I have the tools and the know how to use them. I love encouraging other women to learn how to maintain their homes as well as how to become real estate investors. Between this website and my blog page I will be sharing some of my ideas, some basic home maintenance hints, and some of my experiences.
I have been able to use my artistic and creative skills in a variety of interconnected fields. This includes over thirty years in graphics and creative consulting, about twenty five years as a real estate investor and rehabber, and about fifteen years as a real estate private money financier. Added to that, I have been a community volunteer for most of my life, and from this has come some of my greatest experiences.
